Favorite Experience

My favorite experience in this class is creating a video game with my classmates. It allows me to discover what video game programs have to go through to create the games that I love to play. It also shows the creative side to computer programming. It is also a great experience to see my classmates' games and how they want to a video game.

Respect Our Military

Everyone should respect our military because they are dying to defend our way of life. If there was nobody in the military, then other countries would take over and probably kill us. The military in the past have provided us with this free country to live in. Without the military, the U.S.A would not be the land that it is today.

Sound

We plan to have the main character have his own theme song to help provoke the player to complete the game.  The song will be inspiring to the player. The evil character will also have a theme song that is just as evil as he is. The game will be enhanced by the music and it will help the player in learning about technology.

Flash

Since this class began, I have learned a lot about programming games in flash.  I like using flash because I get to create a game myself and get to create whatever I want.  This class has been a great class and I'm learning a lot about video games that are fun and educational.

The link http://www.viddler.com/explore/calif0rnian/videos/29/ is a video of the Super Mario video game that helped my classmate and I develop our game.  The game helped us because we wanted to design an adventure game that players could enjoy and also learn from it.  This game stands out because there are a lot of people who know what Mario is and they enjoy playing it.  The game also is in the same genre as our game.

At South Harrison High School, one student went to game on the internet that helped his team develop their game.  The game on the internet is about teaching the player how to connect wires to different light bulbs to create a curcuit.  This game teaches the player the physics of electrical wiring.  This game probably helped them progress their game design.
